Our daughter of Sergei Prokofiev was incredibly consistent throughout her career without winning – until now. After 4 podium finishes in a row, the now 4-year-old got off the mark in good style to provide Joe Leavy with his first winner since his return to the saddle.

Having broken well, our Black Friday graduate tracked the strong early pace before being launched from the top of the straight, went through her rivals with ease, and powered clear inside the final furlong to win convincingly by 1 ¼ lengths.

Timeform rated her victory with a p77: "Not seen to best effect on handicap debut last time, finally got off the mark having been well supported in the betting, showing a nice attitude to come through between horses; in touch, headway over 1f out, led final 1f, kept on; she's been reasonably consistent and wasn't winning out of turn."
